His system teaches teachers how to use data to quickly assess where students are in a learning standard based on their performance on each Bloom's Level within a standard.
This method of empirically quantifying variables that may seem unquantifiable creates a snapshot of students that teachers can use to modify instruction, modify assessment, and wow their administration.
